Preventive Maintenance

ITA's preventive maintenance services reduce overall downtime by detecting imminent problems and taking corrective measures before failure occurs. Automatic monitoring and regularly scheduled checks ensure that equipment is operating properly, software updates and patches are current, and anti-virus and adware/spyware profiles are up-to-date. Data Backup Solutions

Data Backup Solutions are part of ITA's preventive maintenance services. Secure backup procedures are designed to your unique requirements. Backup solutions using local external media as well as web-based backup are available.

Our Sentry Service Internet Backup encrypts your data and transmits it over the Internet in a secure fashion to two divergently located hardened data storage sites. Files can be open and in use during the backup process. This is contrary to many of the manual data copy systems that require the file to be closed in order to be copied. Although the backup may be automatic it is also made of things physical. That means the backup might not occur. That then means the critical data might not be available to restore a failed data baseâ€¦. That is why Sentry Service watches the backup process and checks each morning that the backups completed successfully. If not successful Sentry Service will notify you the customer and recommend the course of action.
